I want to get fit and lose weight, but I'm going to do it the healthy way. Why? Because I've been down the pro-ana path but I came to the conclusion that my body deserves to be loved and respected. That I don't have to be stick thin to be beautiful and that I don't have to have all my bones showing to be pretty. My body deserves the best and it deserves good health.
